Effective November 12, 2003, Front Range Center for Brain & Spine Surgery has changed its policy regarding auto insurance.
We require payment at the time of service for all patients covered by insurance under new auto accidents. We are happy to bill any auto insurer you request, but it will be up to you, the patient, to follow up on your account with your auto insurer.

• Verification of insurance card
• Claim number
• Date of injury
• Adjustor’s name and phone number
• Insurance company’s name, address, and phone number
