It is imperative that you make arrangements to have any pertinent x-ray, cat scan, MRI, or other radiologic exam of your brain and/or spine present at the time of your appointment with us.
You do not need to bring your films with you if they were done at Poudre Valley Hospital, Harmony Imaging Center, North Colorado Medical Center, Summitview Medical Commons Radiology, Greeley X-ray Group, McKee Medical Center, Skyline Imaging, Cheyenne Radiology, or Sterling Regional Medical Center.
Your appointment may need to be re-scheduled
if your films are not here at our office.
Also, it is your responsibility to have the necessary referral in place for your appointment with us. Please check with your insurance company to determine if your insurance coverage requires a formal, written referral to see a specialist.
