Often the office of your primary care doctor will help you make an appointment to see one of the neurosurgeons. If you need help making an appointment, please call us at (970) 493-1292 or (800) 458-0306 (toll-free).
As a new patient, you will receive a Welcome Packet in the mail or when you first arrive at our practice. This packet includes information that will help you begin your consultation with one of the neurosurgeons and also includes several forms we ask you to complete. If you have any questions as you begin with us, please do not hesitate to call. A staff member will help you with initial details and will answer any general questions you may have.
We make every attempt to schedule appointments for your convenience. Sometimes appointment schedules change because an emergency or a prolonged surgery requires the physician's continued presence. Circumstances like these occasionally cause all or part of the day's appointments to be rescheduled. We will reschedule your appointment at the earliest time available.

Cheyenne Office
Patients can make appointments to see one of the neurosurgeons at the Cheyenne office by calling that office at (307) 635-8388 or toll-free at (800) 458-0306. All correspondence should be directed to the Fort Collins office.
